Etalon Rouge

Étalon Rouge is a biodynamic micro-estate of just 1.46 hectares. Producing only 4,000 to 6,000 bottles per year from 40 to 45-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon vines, every vintage is hand-harvested, vinified using the rare integral method, and bottled in accordance with lunar cycles. We carry five vintages, and each one distinct.
