Etalon Rouge 2022

A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a biodynamic micro-estate of just 1.46 hectares overlooking the Gironde Estuary, hand-harvested and vinified using the integral method in barrels governed by lunar cycles. The most recent vintage in our Étalon Rouge collection, with only 4,000 bottles produced.

In the glass
Deep ruby with aromas of black cherry, cassis, and subtle spice. Round and structured on the palate with fine tannins and a long, elegant finish.
