Etalon Rouge 2015

A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a biodynamic micro-estate of just 1.46 hectares overlooking the Gironde Estuary, hand-harvested and aged 12 months in French oak. Only 5,000 bottles produced. The 2015 is at a beautiful drinking window right now, with enough structure to continue aging gracefully.

In the glass
Deep ruby with aromas of black cherry, cassis, and subtle spice. Round and structured on the palate with fine tannins and a long, elegant finish.
