Sioma 2025

Named after the sailboat at the heart of the Cantinot family's history, Sioma is a highly limited blanc de noirs made exclusively from 100% Merlot, hand-harvested from 30-year-old vines on gravel, blue clay, and limestone soils. Fermented in large oak vats and aged 30 months in wood, with only 1,700 bottles produced.

Delicate and aromatic, with notes of vineyard peach, fresh pear, and white flowers. Natural minerality brings balance and freshness, with a gentle hint of sweetness on the finish that makes it smooth and memorable.
