Riviere Du Chateau Cantinot 2020

This AOC Blaye-Côtes de Bordeaux is a Merlot-driven blend (90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon) from 30-year-old vines rooted in sandy, clay-limestone soils. Crafted in collaboration with World’s Best Sommelier Andreas Larsson, it’s made for elegance, freshness, and easy drinkability.

Vinified in stainless steel with a gentle cold soak, slow fermentation, and light extraction, the wine is aged 9 months in large wooden vats. The Merlot brings generous red fruit and roundness, while the Cabernet Sauvignon adds lift and structure, finishing with a subtle note of licorice.

Perfect as an apéritif wine or with charcuterie, cheeses, and white meats. Best enjoyed young, though it can age gracefully for 7–12 years.
