Les Roses de Bel-Air La Royère Rose 2024

A certified-organic 100% Merlot rosé from 15-year-old vines on sandy-gravel soils overlooking the Gironde Estuary. Grapes are directly pressed after harvest, fermented in tank for one week, and aged seven months in amphora for a wine that is fresh, clean, and a little unexpected. Limited production.

Delicate red fruit aromas typical of Merlot, evolving with aeration into juicy white-fleshed fruit notes. Fresh and vibrant on the palate with a lightly saline finish that keeps things interesting.
