Les Roses de Bel-Air La Royère Rose 2025

A pure Merlot rosé from 15-year-old vines planted in sandy-gravel soils, produced with a focus on freshness and elegance. Grapes are directly pressed after harvest, fermented in tank for one week, and aged for seven months in amphora, which brings purity, texture, and a subtle salinity.

The wine shows delicate red fruit aromas typical of Merlot, evolving with aeration into juicy white-fleshed fruit notes. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with a lightly saline finish that enhances its fruitiness and gives it a tonic, mouthwatering quality.

Elegant yet approachable, this amphora-aged rosé is best enjoyed as an apéritif or alongside charcuterie. Drink within 2–3 years for peak vibrancy.
