La Rose Bellevue Rouge 2023

This Bordeaux blend is crafted from 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Cabernet Franc grown on gravel and sandy-clay soils in the hills north of the Gironde. Vines are 15–25 years old and estate-harvested, with meticulous berry selection and traditional Bordeaux vinification.

After 20 days of maceration for color and aroma, the wine is aged 12 months in stainless steel with 10% in used French oak, yielding a fresh, approachable style. It shows vibrant ruby color, aromas of cherry, plum, and subtle spice, with a supple, rounded palate, fine tannins, and notes of licorice.

Versatile and food-friendly, it pairs beautifully with red meat, pork, Indian, and Italian cuisine and is ideal as a house pour or “everyday” red.
