From 60-year-old vines on gravelly-sandy soils between Saint-Émilion and Sauternes, Insolite Blanc is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc made by Les Vignobles Mallard, a family estate with roots going back to the 19th century. The alcohol is removed through vacuum distillation at low temperatures, preserving the natural aromas and freshness of the wine.
