Insolite Sparkling Blanc — De-alcoholized

From 60-year-old vines on gravelly-sandy soils between Saint-Émilion and Sauternes, Insolite is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc made by Les Vignobles Mallard, a family estate with roots going back to the 19th century. The alcohol is removed through vacuum distillation at low temperatures, preserving every bit of the wine's natural aroma and character.

Slightly sparkling and refreshing, with lively fruit notes, balanced acidity, and a fresh, aromatic finish. All the experience of a great Bordeaux white, without the alcohol.
