Orbite De Cantinot 2016

Produced only in exceptional vintages, Orbite is a rare cuvée from Château Cantinot, with just 1,700 bottles made in 2016. This equal blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec comes from the estate’s finest plots, planted with 35-year-old vines in gravel, blue clay, and limestone soils.

Hand-harvested and vinified in whole clusters in micro-winemakers, the wine spends 30 months maturing in wooden tanks, developing remarkable depth, complexity, and elegance. The 2016 shows a harmonious balance of power and finesse, with layered fruit, spice, and a long, refined finish.

An outstanding wine for refined dining, it pairs beautifully with aged meats, game, and complex sauces.
