La Rose Bellevue Blanc 2024

A pure, 100% Chardonnay, grown on gravel and sandy-clay soils in the hills north of the Gironde. Harvested at full ripeness from young vines, the grapes are hand-sorted, gently pressed, and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Aged on fine lees with regular bâtonnage, no malolactic fermentation, preserving freshness and aromatic purity.

Pale yellow with golden hints, this wine is expressive and clean, offering aromas of citrus, ripe tropical fruit, and stone fruit. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with lively acidity, a harmonious texture, and a refreshing saline finish.

Perfect with fish, seafood, fresh goat cheese, tomme-style cheeses, or Japanese and Asian cuisine. Also excellent as an aperitif. Serve chilled at 8–10°C.
