A small-production Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend from 25-year-old vines on clay-limestone and sandy soils, hand-harvested and vinified parcel by parcel in stainless steel tanks, then aged 12 months in oak vessels. Limited production.

Deep and vibrant with ripe red and black fruit, subtle spice, and floral undertones. Refined and balanced on the palate with supple tannins, a velvety mouthfeel, and a long fresh finish.
