Etalon Rouge 2012

A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a biodynamic micro-estate of just 1.46 hectares overlooking the Gironde Estuary, hand-harvested and aged 12 months in French oak. Only 5,000 bottles produced. A wine that has had time to settle into itself and is drinking beautifully now.

In the glass
Deep ruby with aromas of black cherry, cassis, and subtle spice. Round and structured on the palate with fine tannins and a long, elegant finish.
