Couvent des Jacobins Calicem 2022
An ultra-limited cuvée from Couvent des Jacobins, one of Saint-Émilion's most historic Grand Cru Classé estates. Gravity-vinified with no sulfites added and aged 18 to 24 months in new oak barrels with daily manual punching down. Only 3,500 bottles produced.
